SINOPSIS
Susana se ha pasado la mayor parte de su vida trabajando y criando a su hija. Ahora, justo cuando está a punto de retirarse, decide que es hora de hacer algo totalmente egoísta y emprende un sola viaje a Gambia, un pequeño país en el Oeste de África.
Después de un par de días tumbada en la playa sin nada que hacer, Susana empieza a sentirse inquieta y aburrida. Es entonces cuando conoce a Alasan, un joven que se gana la vida conquistando a turistas.
A medida que Alasan la seduce, Susana se enreda en un arduo y apasionado romance e, impulsivamente, decide llevarse a Alasan a su ciudad natal.
Una vez asentados en su rutina en España, ambos se ven forzados a enfrentarse con la sociedad imperfecta que los rodea, su naturaleza incompatible y la tediosa realidad de convivir juntos, poniendo a prueba su relación y su percepción de si mismos.

SYNOPSIS

Susana has spent most of her life busily working and raising her daughter. As she is about to retire, she decides that it is time to do solely for herself and embarks on a trip to Gambia, a small country in West Africa.

idly lounging on the beach only keeps Susana distracted for a few days and, soon enough, she starts to feel restless and bored. That's when she meets Alasan, a handsome young man who makes a living from sleeping with tourists.

As Alasan seduces her, Susana becomes entangled in an arduous and passionate romance and, impulsively, decides to take Alasan back to her hometown and marry him.

Once settled in Spain, they both struggle to deal with the consequences of their decision, as they are forced to face the imperfect society that surrounds them, their incompatible nature and the tedious reality of living together.
